Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the operations of our growing online clothing company. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, contribute to the success of our business, and thrive in a dynamic remote environment. Fluency in English speaking is essential for effective communication within our team and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the company’s calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with various team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow, especially across different time zones (EST and CET).
- Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing business growth strategies, providing valuable insights and support.
- Report Preparation: Prepare reports and documents as needed to support decision-making processes.
- SOPs/Playbooks Creation: Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks to ensure consistent and efficient processes across the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field is advantageous, as well as work as an an assistant. Previous experience in creating and maintaining SOPs or Playbooks is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and Notion. Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media (YouTube, Twitter (X), Instagram, and LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Timezone Availability: Must be available during both EST (Eastern Standard Time) and CET (Central European Time) business hours to facilitate effective communication across teams in different regions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capability to work independently. A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative are essential.
