Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 6 months to possible extensionLocation: REMOTE

As An Executive Administrative Assistant, You Will

• Effective calendar management by managing complex schedules and calendars for executive leaders.
• Managing schedule conflicts across a global organization, proactively looking ahead and adjust or deconflict.
• Proactive email management and alerting to executive's priority actions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be

• Supporting executive management to VP & GM.
• Responsible for making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, and preparing presentations.
• University Degree and a minimum of 4-5 years prior relevant experience

Pay Range*: $25. 00 to $27.00/_per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
