About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned, strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO to directly support their CEO and lead the Executive Assistant function across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-change environments and has experience supporting C-level executives at fast-paced tech companies.
In addition to serving as a trusted partner to the CEO, you’ll manage and mentor a team of Executive Assistants who support the broader Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You’ll bring structure, collaboration, and best practices to the EA function while ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are directed toward the highest-impact work. You’ll be prepared to cover for your team and help support other Executives as needed.
Reporting to the CHRO, and as a leader on the People Team, you’ll be exposed to opportunities to help elevate employee engagement, connection, and morale across the company, particularly in ways that help to drive the CEO’s engagement with employees.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 10% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
