As a Data Analyst at Pin Drop, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to deliver data-driven insights that drive product evolution, customer retention, and revenue growth. You will be pivotal in optimizing our data infrastructure, uncovering critical user insights, and refining our analytics capabilities to support our growth in the B2B SaaS space.
**Advanced Event Tracking and Analysis:** Refine our Mixpanel event tracking setup to ensure comprehensive and reliable tracking across the user lifecycle, enabling granular insights into conversion, retention, and feature engagement.
**Cohort Analysis:** Execute cohort studies that segment user behavior over time, revealing patterns in engagement, drop-off points, and feature adoption. This analysis will inform targeted improvements in product functionality and user experience.
**Onboarding Flow Optimization:** Conduct data-driven assessments of the onboarding process, identifying and quantifying points of friction. Provide insights to streamline onboarding and enhance conversion rates.
**User Retention and Engagement Optimization:** Analyze retention metrics and funnel performance to detect where users disengage. Identify “holes in the bucket” and formulate strategies to mitigate churn based on data-backed findings.
**Data-Driven Product Improvement:** Generate insights from usage patterns and engagement data to advise Product and Engineering teams on opportunities to enhance feature sets or improve user flows.
**Automated Reporting and Dashboards:** Build, maintain, and automate dashboards for real-time visibility into core metrics, including retention, activation, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
**A/B Testing and Experimentation:** Design and analyze A/B tests to validate feature impact and marketing initiatives, ensuring that data informs product decisions.
**Identify and Fill Data Gaps:** Actively monitor and improve data coverage and quality, identifying missing or incomplete data points that could offer valuable insights.
