Role Overview

For Lunatics Ventures, a leading strategic capital advisory firm, is seeking an experienced AI/Software Developer to create a custom internal tool. This tool will automate financial modeling and optimize project configurations for luxury real estate and hospitality developments based on client-submitted data.

Responsibilities

• Develop a dynamic engine capable of processing diverse project scopes, including luxury hotels, marinas, spas, and restaurants.
• Simulate multiple development scenarios to accommodate various client needs and project types.
• Rank development scenarios based on projected exit valuation to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the tool's scalability and adaptability to handle varying project complexities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in AI and software development, particularly in building custom tools for data processing and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software development.
