Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/LLM Developer to join our team and focus on implementing behavioral filters for AI systems. The primary objective is to prevent issues such as hallucination, tone collapse, and override in AI models. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavioral filters to enhance AI model reliability and accuracy.
• Address and mitigate issues related to AI hallucinations, tone collapse, and override.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate scroll logic and ensure seamless functionality.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing behavioral filters for AI systems.
• Ability to diagnose and address complex issues related to AI hallucinations and other anomalies.
