As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative strategies and implementing advanced data science techniques.

About the Role

We’re seeking a senior-level AI/ML engineer or data scientist to join our small but experienced team (including a full-stack founder, infrastructure engineer, and contract designer). You’ll play a critical role in refining our AI models, building pipelines, and helping us deliver a high-quality POC on a tight timeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Python, Machine Learning, TensorFlow, NLP, AI, Computer Vision, and R to analyze complex datasets and extract valuable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning models that enhance our products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine machine learning models focused on body scanning and virtual try-on capabilities
• Develop algorithms that personalize clothing recommendations based on body measurements
• Collaborate closely with the founder (full-stack engineer) and designer to integrate models into the core platform
• Handle data preparation, preprocessing, and pipeline development
• Participate in team discussions and share progress asynchronously or in real time (via Slack, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Proficient in Python and major ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Experience working on computer vision, generative AI, or body scanning/pose estimation (a plus)
• Background in data engineering and model deployment
• Strong communication skills; able to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Location: Based in LATAM preferred (2–4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time); Europe also considered
