Role: NLP Data Scientist

Job Overview:

Seeking an NLP Data Scientist with expertise in hybrid NLP (knowledge bases, symbolic AI, large language models).
Focused on analyzing medical charts to extract and interpret complex medical data.
Part of a cross-functional team in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative NLP solutions for medical chart analysis.
Leverage LLMs, symbolic AI, and knowledge bases in NLP workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML/AI engineers, and software developers.
Use Python, PyTorch, and Transformers for modeling and deployment.
Analyze large-scale data to generate medical insights for insurance applications.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Stay current with advancements in NLP and deep learning.

Qualifications:

Master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in NLP and machine learning.
Strong knowledge of hybrid NLP methods (LLMs + symbolic AI + knowledge bases).
Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and Transformers libraries.
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical data extraction.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
