About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join its forward-thinking team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize system integrations using advanced automation tools and AI technologies. You’ll play a critical role in connecting disparate systems, streamlining workflows, and implementing AI-powered tools that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automations using tools such as CrewAI, Chatbot Builder, Adminify, Tixae, Langchain, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Synthflow, Make, Zapier, Voiceglow, Go High Level, and CMS integrations.
• Connect and optimize systems through integrations to improve workflows and productivity.
• Utilize the Microsoft stack (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Copilot) to develop and enhance AI-powered solutions (preferred but not required).
• Create and maintain automation workflows aligned with client and project goals.
• Develop and manage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Leverage prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune AI tools for client needs.
• Implement prompt management systems to quality-test AI agents and assistants with automation.
• Continuously research, test, and adopt emerging AI and automation technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of automated solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with automation tools such as CrewAI, Chatbot Builder, Adminify, Tixae, Langchain, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Synthflow, Make, Zapier, Voiceglow, Go High Level, and CMS integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered tools, including Agentic AI and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in API integration and development.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new automation and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Copilot.
• Background in AI agency workflows and related technologies.
• Familiarity with agentic chatbots and voice automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex automation projects from conception to execution.
