Marketing Designer (Figma/UIUX) - PERM - LATAM

About the job

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Designer with deep experience in web design to join our fast-growing marketing team. You will be a key player in designing websites and landing pages for high caliber DTC startups, working alongside an experienced team of marketers, developers, project managers and more. Preference will be given to candidates who are also experienced in either designing static Meta ad assets or video editing for Meta ad assets.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines and tone of voice into high-quality web designs
• Serve as a senior design resource, demonstrating a strong point of view in internal discussions and external presentations to English-speaking clients
• Leverage best practices to ensure designs are optimized for performance
• Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups to get input and iterate
• Collaborate with growth marketers to test and improve assets and web pages
• Design high-quality visual assets in a variety of formats across digital marketing channels, particularly digital ads (static and video; social and other ad formats) and email marketing

Who you are

• 3-7 years professional experience in graphic design and/or web design at a brand or creative agency
• Experience designing across multiple formats (Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok) and channels, based on a marketing brief and business objectives
• High proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
  BA or BFA in Graphic Design preferred
• UI/UX experience preferred
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and color
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
