The ideal candidate will be a strategic technologist capable of transforming complex AI integration challenges into seamless, intelligent customer interaction experiences.
Technical Expertise Requirements:
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in:
- Agent Frameworks: Proficiency in platforms like Voiceflow, n8n, CrewAI etc, and other AI agent development environments
- LLM API Integration: Advanced capabilities in connecting and orchestrating AI systems, including using OpenAI Assistant API
- Third-Party Application Integration: Ability to create sophisticated AI agents that can interact with and populate external systems
- Advanced AI Methodologies: Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompting techniques, and multi-modal AI interactions
Core Responsibilities:
- AI Agent Template Development
Create flexible, industry-specific AI agent templates that:
- Support both voice and text interaction modalities
- Incorporate sophisticated feedback mechanisms for continuous response accuracy improvement
- Enable dynamic AI-human interaction handoffs
- Support deployment of advanced tools like Claude Computer Use for cross-platform data interactions
- OpenAI Assistant API Integration
Architect comprehensive solutions to:
- Seamlessly connect with existing customer Assistants
- Develop robust UI-based Assistant/agent creation mechanisms
- Design intelligent AI-human conversation handoff protocols
- Implement advanced tool integration within agent workflows
- Centralized Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture
Design a comprehensive RAG system that:
- Utilizes a centralized, multi-channel customer knowledge base
- Supports personalized response generation through advanced tagging and retrieval strategies
- Enables multi-modal data interpretation, including screenshot and contextual analysis
- Facilitates intelligent information extraction and response generation
- Internal Business Agent Development
Create sophisticated internal AI agents to:
- Process and manage business contact interactions
- Populate and maintain comprehensive contact interaction databases
- Provide intelligent, context-aware support for internal communication processes
- Multimedia Support Integration
Develop advanced webchat capabilities featuring:
- Screenshot and video capture functionality
- AI-powered content detection using Vision APIs
- Automatic ticket generation in systems like Jira
