When I graduated from high school, I had no idea which college to attend. Amazingly, my mom chose Design for me based on my hobbies, which at the time were photography and image manipulation in Photoshop. Not satisfied and wanting to give myself more options, I then started the Design and Computer Science courses at the same time. But in the third period, I fell in love with the Web Design course and the whole concept of usability and methodologies to structure a product of value to people. From there, I started my journey of deepening my knowledge of design. I took an MBA in Interaction Design and several other courses over time. What I love most about being a designer is the fact that it touches different areas. I have already managed to work in the contexts of health, acquisition, energy, agriculture, education, music… and I intend to continue increasing the list. I thank Gabi of the past for choosing this path. Every project I have participated in has provided experiences that have made me the professional I am today. Sometimes I still take risks in HTML/CSS and Java, but I will always try to understand the “why, how, and what” when developing something. Besides, I was born in Manaus - Amazonas, grew up in Belém - Pará, did an exchange program in London, and have already visited Israel for work. I currently live in São Paulo.
