Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Part-time - LATAM/EU/CA

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer that will build cutting-edge AI training agents by designing, building, and maintaining robust software applications. You will work closely with two founders to deliver an innovative solution that meets our users' needs, while adhering to best practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software applications.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python, Javascript, and java (or any other backend programming language)
• Implement design patterns and architectural principles to create scalable and maintainable systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to verify software functionality.
• Ensure that the product continuously passes acceptance criteria.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment and collaborate with sales and product to get features launched.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and identify potential risks and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
• Familiarity integrating with new AI tools such as Eleven Labs and LLMs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
