Senior Full Stack developer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer skilled in backend and frontend development to join our remote team. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and scale core applications that drive innovation in healthcare. While experience with Python Django and ReactJS is preferred, we welcome engineers with a solid full stack foundation and a commitment to growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, implement, and maintain both backend systems and frontend applications to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Backend Optimization: Develop and optimize secure, scalable RESTful APIs, focusing on backend functionality and reliability.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces, with a focus on seamless user experiences.
• Data Management: Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases for efficient data handling and storage.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with team members, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

• Full Stack Experience: 4+ years of experience in backend and frontend development.
• Backend Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of backend frameworks and REST API development.
• Frontend Skills: Strong skills in JavaScript with a modern frontend framework for responsive interfaces.
• SQL Expertise: Proficiency in SQL for database design, optimization, and management.
• Testing & CI/CD: Experience with testing frameworks, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach.

Nice to Have:

• Python Django & ReactJS: Experience with Python Django for backend and ReactJS for frontend is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure for deployment and application management.
• Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices and additional backend frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Frontend Tools: Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and CSS preprocessors.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
