Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if (Mid or Night Shift)
Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI / Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on building scalable and robust document ingestion pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OCR technologies, LLM integration, PII redaction, and the development of search and filter capabilities for large volumes of ingested documents.

This role will require engineering solutions that are production-ready, performant under high load, and extensible for future enhancements in AI-driven document processing.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable document ingestion pipelines.
Integrate OCR solutions for text extraction from scanned documents.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to enrich and analyze document content.
Develop and implement PII redaction mechanisms to ensure data privacy compliance.
Architect systems for high throughput and concurrent document processing.
Create searchable indexes with filtering capabilities for efficient document retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end solution meets business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
Hands-on experience with OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, AWS Textract, Google Vision).
Proven experience building document ingestion pipelines.
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases for managing structured and unstructured data.

Nice to Have:

Experience working within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., Lambda, S3, Textract, Comprehend, etc.).
Understanding of security and compliance requirements around document processing.
Experience deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
