Customer Loyalty tool: Capillary** Customer segmentation and loyalty categories were done based on previous purchase behavior of customers. Tool used to create customized offers based on the RFM matrix (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value). The whole idea was to increase purchase frequency, average basket value, average order value, churn reduction. Incentives in the form of points were used and integrated across both online and offline formats. Post that, extensive analysis was done on customer behavior at a micro-segment level with the whole idea of creating a loyalty ecosystem based on personalization and customization. **5\. Paid Marketing Attribution tool: Singular** Used Singular to attribute and quantify the impact of paid marketing (App analytics) on overall acquisition count and value, including metrics like CLTV. Used it to analyze the impact of multiple marketing channels including Meta and Google Ads, Email marketing, etc. **6\. E-commerce Platforms: Shopify, Capillary** Have used different e-commerce platforms with different brands and have got experience in multiple modules including product listing, web merchandising, offers and promotions, analytics, and logistics and order fulfillment.
