Remote - UI/UX Designer

Flagsmith's product is used by engineering teams who care deeply about how their tools work. We need a designer who understands that audience and can make a technically complex product feel simple. You'll own design end-to-end across the Flagsmith platform and our public-facing web properties — from maintaining the design system to running customer interviews to shipping features alongside engineers.
