Senior UX Designer, DTC Web

For our client, we are seeking a Senior UX Designer DTC Web to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own design execution across DTC web surfaces including subscription and checkout flows
• Prototype and design A/B tests with Site Optimization Manager
• Map full customer journey to identify friction points and areas of delight
• Lead qualitative research operations and synthesize findings into design recommendations
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Design with long-term subscription retention in mind
• Maintain and evolve the web design system and ensure component consistency

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on eCommerce or DTC web environments
• Hands-on qualitative research experience including planning user interviews and usability tests
• Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff
• Familiarity with session recording and heatmap tools
• Comfortable using AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
• Bachelor's degree in User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent
