As a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer, you will design and implement conversion-focused websites and digital experiences for a wide range of clients, while also contributing to the evolution of Designity’s own website and platform.

This role combines strong UX thinking, interaction design, and high-quality UI execution across no-code platforms, with a focus on usability, performance, and measurable outcomes.

Your role:

UX Design - Map clear user journeys, define information architecture, create wireframes and flows that translate user needs and business goals into seamless and effective experiences across web mobile and app
UI Design - Craft high-quality, responsive interfaces that balance visual appeal with usability, while building scalable design systems and ensuring consistency across typography, color, and interaction patterns
No-Code Development - Build and implement websites using no-code platforms and CMSs (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and more), translating designs into fully functional, responsive, and well-structured digital experiences
Conversion & Performance Optimization - Design with a focus on measurable outcomes, collaborating with marketing on SEO performance, and supporting A/B testing and continuous optimization
AI Workflows - Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across design and implementation
Iteration & Continuous Improvement - Refine and evolve designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance data to continuously improve outcomes
Collaboration & Innovation - Partner closely with Creative Directors, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, while staying current with digital trends and best practices.

What you bring:

7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and beautifully crafted UI design
Hands-on experience building websites using no-code platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or similar
Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience translating business goals and user needs into effective, user-centered design solutions
Experience designing for conversion, performance, and measurable outcomes
Experience creating and contributing to design systems and scalable UI components
Working iteratively, incorporating feedback, and improving work based on data and insights
Experience using AI tools for enhancing web design workflows
Fluent, professional-level English - both written and spoken
A highly organized, detail-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and focus
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to crafting thoughtful, user-first digital experiences.

As we partner closely with clients across the U.S., we ask for at least 5 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to make collaboration easy and effective.
