Product Manager for SaaS Manufacturing Workflow - Part Time - Overlap with PST (min 4h)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our SaaS Manufacturing Workflow product. You will play a pivotal role in organizing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user experiences, guiding a team of developers ranging from associate to senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs for the SaaS Manufacturing Workflow product.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user experience designs.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to a team of associate to senior developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of product features.
• Ensure the product aligns with user needs and market trends, continuously refining the product vision.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong ability to organize and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience in guiding and managing a team of developers.
• Familiarity with SaaS product management principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of React for frontend development.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
