Position: Senior Software Product Manager

Compensation: $170-200K base salary (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Senior Software Product Manager. The opportunity is with a leading software provider for the Construction Industry. The client is looking for an experienced Product Manager (8+ years) to lead the roadmap and feature design for an enterprise SaaS platform for collaborative construction planning. This role partners closely with engineering and internal stakeholders to deliver user-focused, high-impact solutions. The candidate will report to the Director of Engineering.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmap and feature requirements
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Write specifications and support agile development
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Track product usage and drive future direction

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B SaaS product management experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of web applications, SQL/databases, and architecture
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Construction software experience preferred (or ability to ramp quickly)
• Experience with ML/AI and process design
