Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead and manage our central boilerplate repository. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and scalability of our codebase, setting architectural standards, and minimizing technical debt across all client projects. This position focuses on code inspection and system architecture, without direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Core Repository: Optimize and expand the central boilerplate codebase employed for rapid MVP development.
• Ensure Code Quality & Architecture: Conduct comprehensive code reviews to prevent technical debt and structural issues, surpassing basic AI-generated assessments.
• Support Rapid Builds: Provide a robust architectural foundation for team members to deliver client applications swiftly and efficiently.
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Seamlessly incorporate native AI features into the core stack.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ Years Experience: Demonstrated success in senior-level full-stack development and systems architecture.
• Core Tech Stack Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Next.js, Supabase, and serverless databases.
• Code Inspection Skills: Proficient in independently inspecting, auditing, and refactoring complex codebases.
• AI Integration: Practical experience in embedding native AI functionalities into modern web applications.

• Experience with asynchronous and independent work styles, focusing on system stability and codebase health.
