The investment world is still shackled to fragmented spreadsheets and legacy systems. OpenAdmin is building the turnkey digital infrastructure to change that. We provide organizations with a secure data environment, an automation layer, and agentic AI capabilities from day one.

This isn’t just another SaaS wrapper. We are architecting a deeply technical multi-tenant system where every organization has an isolated PostgreSQL environment and dedicated AI agents.

The Tech Stack

Frontend: Next.js 15+, React 19 (Server Components/Actions), TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui.

AI: Vercel AI SDK (Tool calling, RAG), OpenAI.

Backend/Data: PostgreSQL (Isolated per-tenant), Supabase, Vercel.

What You’ll Own

As a Founding Engineer, you aren't just taking tickets; you are shaping the DNA of the product:

Data Infrastructure: Architecting isolated, secure environments with built-in automation.

Agentic Workflows: Designing AI assistants that don’t just "chat," but query organizational data, analyze complex documents, and trigger real-world workflows.

High-Performance UI: Building interactive dashboards and complex state-managed interfaces that replace the "spreadsheet chaos."

Engineering Culture: Setting the standards for code quality, deployment velocity, and architectural decisions.

Must haves

You ship fast: You’ve moved Next.js apps from localhost to production-at-scale and deeply understand the App Router.

Multi-tenancy excites you: You see per-customer database isolation as a rewarding architectural challenge rather than an obstacle.

You’re an AI practitioner: You have experience with RAG, tool-calling, and prompt engineering—beyond just basic API calls.

You are a Product Engineer: You care about the why behind a feature, not just the how.
