Sr Full Stack Developer (Healthcare AI Platform) - Fulltime - EMEA/APAC

About the Role

We are building a next-generation, ontology-driven AI platform for the healthcare sector. An
intelligent system that unifies fragmented data into a single semantic layer. This ontology
forms the backbone of our agent architecture, enabling reasoning, context-aware
automation, and structured decision support across some complex workflows.Although still
in stealth mode, the product sits at the intersection of LLMs, knowledge graphs, and
real-time workflow automation. You will help shape and build the core engine that powers
this system.

We are searching for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of
major development areas, both architecturally and hands-on. You’ll work alongside the small
technical founding team during initial design and prototyping, then operate autonomously to
build, refine, and scale mission-critical features. This is a rare opportunity to help architect a
platform that blends AI, structured knowledge, and modern cloud technologies from the
ground up.

What You Will Work On

• Develop core components of our AI-powered SaaS platform using TypeScript across the stack
• Build both frontend and backend services, with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Integrate AI models and LLM-based pipelines such as LangChain or RAG into product workflows
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Implement secure data flows involving SQL and NoSQL databases
• Deploy frontend applications to Vercel, managing environments, configuration, and performance
• Work closely with founders on technical direction, but operate independently day to day
• Ensure code quality using modern patterns, testing strategies, and best practices

Core Technologies

Frontend
• React and Next.js with TypeScript
• TanStack Query (useQuery), modern hooks, state management techniques
• Deployment and environment management on Vercel

Backend
• Node.js with TypeScript
• Express.js or similar API frameworks
• SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Infrastructure deployment on AWS or GCP
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)AI Integration
• Experience interfacing with LLMs and related tooling
• LangChain, RAG architectures, or similar frameworks
• Conceptual understanding of vector databases and prompt engineering

Nice to Have

• Python for experimentation or prototyping
• Experience with secure data handling in regulated industries
  Familiarity with ontologies, taxonomies, or knowledge graph concepts (RDF, OWL, SHACL, schema design, or semantic data modelling)
• Experience building systems that consume structured semantic layers or
  graph-based APIs
• Exposure to domain-specific data modelling or standards-driven architectures

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years experience as a full stack developer at senior level or above
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven capability in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
• Experience consuming or building AI-powered services
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to take ownership of large development areas
