We are a performance-focused growth marketing agency working with 5–7 clients across paid media and SEO. Our current team is at capacity, and we’re looking to bring in a reliable freelancer to support ad trafficking operations.
Overview
Own execution of ad trafficking sheets and ensure campaigns are fully launch-ready.
Responsibilities
- Translate client call notes into accurate trafficking sheets
- Populate assets, links, tracking, and setup details
- QA all campaign inputs before handoff to media buyers
- Ensure clean, accurate, and scalable campaign setups
Requirements
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising workflows
- Experience with ad trafficking sheets and campaign setup processes
- High attention to detail; not a junior or purely administrative role
