Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager

Why we’re opening this role

We’re opening this role to make candidate generation more consistent as Viva’s hiring needs grow. We need a builder-minded manager who can set up and drive a recruitment marketing strategy, using social media, paid campaigns, and other channels to attract qualified candidates and help us broaden our mission to empower more women in LATAM to access meaningful job opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Lead candidate demand generation: Build and manage a multi-channel strategy to attract candidates, with social media as a core channel.
2. Generate candidate leads and applications: Develop campaigns that grow qualified candidate volume and improve results using performance data.
3. Own paid campaigns end to end: Identify campaign needs, analyze the audience and opportunity, build and create ads, launch campaigns, measure their impact, and optimize performance.
4. Create and coordinate content: Develop original organic social content and coordinate staff- or influencer-generated content initiatives as relevant.
5. Build an effective function: Identify the processes, channels, tools, and partner support needed to make candidate generation scalable.
6. Start hands-on and grow into leadership: Begin as the sole recruitment marketing contributor, personally developing and running the work. As the function grows, take on people management and lead and new team members.

Requirements

1. Marketing management: 3+ years in a marketing manager role, including at least 2 years with people management responsibilities.
2. Demand generation and results: Experience building a multi-channel strategy and increasing lead or application volume through campaigns. Use performance data to improve results and connect campaigns to pipeline impact, hires, and post-hire quality. Candidate-generation experience is ideal; customer or user lead generation is transferable (B2C preferred).
3. End-to-end paid campaigns: Assess campaign needs and audiences, build and create ads, launch campaigns, analyze impact, and optimize results. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
4. Organic social content: Create consistent, original content that attracts candidates and encourages them to learn more or apply.
5. AI, automation, and systems: Use LLMs, tools such as Zapier or n8n, and vibe-coding tools such as Lovable to improve workflows. CRM experience is relevant. Bring original ideas and make independent creative decisions.
6. Communication: C1+ English, with clear, confident, concise written and verbal communication.

Nice to have: Recruitment marketing, Talent Acquisition, employer brand, candidate-generation, or B2C experience; staff- or influencer-generated content experience; Google or AEO experience.

Location

Remote, based in Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
