Docker swarm
Docker Swarm had a stack of images that would automatically set and manage a docker swarm cluster in AWS but most of the code for those images was closed-source. I created an open-source alternative to help users better understand how it works and customize it as required.
Building Coya
2017
CI/CD
I was one of Coya's first tech employees, responsible for building our practices, our pipelines, and our culture. We decided to use an event-driven microservices architecture as it fits our systems workflows. For our initial setup, we went with AWS ECS and fully stateless containers, every bit of the CICD process was automated and using Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code. That architecture grew quite well with Coya's initial targets of being both fast, cost-effective and scalable.
