Senior Full-Stack Developer – Healthcare.AI - HIPAA-Compliant US-PT

Role Overview

Join our team as a Senior Full-Stack Developer at WorryFree Healthcare.AI, a HIPAA-compliant SaaS platform revolutionizing healthcare communication and documentation. Your role will be pivotal in completing our MVP and enhancing security while driving the development of post-MVP features. You will work remotely, preferably from the U.S. to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our healthcare SaaS platform, ensuring it meets HIPAA-compliant architecture standards.
• Finalize MVP features and address outstanding security and infrastructure issues.
• Enhance AI capabilities, incorporating workspace-level context and background AI agents.
• Develop and maintain patient, provider, and admin web portals.
• Integrate APIs and manage databases to handle patient and provider data efficiently.
• Ensure the platform adheres to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to refine specifications and achieve project milestones.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and React/Next.js.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and secure data management.
• Background in AI/ML integration, such as chatbots and contextual agents.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, ECS Fargate, RDS, S3, and ElastiCache.
• Knowledge of real-time technologies like WebSocket for messaging and notifications.
• Background in migrating AI to AWS Bedrock, including Claude Sonnet and Haiku.
