  • Identify data-quality issues early in the pipeline and escalate appropriately.
  • Contribute to designing robust and scalable data models supporting evolving business needs.

Deployment & CI/CD Practices

  • Work with Git-based development workflows, branching strategies, and version-controlled BI artifacts.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments, ensuring smooth release readiness and documentation.
  • Support automated validation, packaging, and deployment of BI assets where applicable

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Work directly with the BI Product Owner, Lead developer, Data engineer and business stakeholders to clarify requirements before development begins.
  • Actively participate in Scrum or Kanban workflows, ensuring work items are properly captured, documented, and updated in Jira.
  • Communicate proactively—raising blockers, risks, and design concerns early.
  • Contribute to iterative delivery, focusing on incremental value rather than large one-off deliveries.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices to ensure solution quality and consistency.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and morden data architectural principles.

  • Preferred Certifications: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer, DP-605: Develop Reports with Power BI
