We're building to create a massive positive impact on speech therapy industry. Tens of thousands of people are fixing real speech problems because of what we build. We're bootstrapped, fully remote, and moving fast.

The Role

You won't be handed tickets. You'll identify what needs to be built as a team, build it, ship it, and convince the team why it matters. You prototype ideas before the meeting is over. You treat every feature as a product decision and every pixel as a statement.

This is a high-impact, high-intensity, high-responsibility contractor position. If you need someone to define your scope, this isn't the right fit.

Non-Negotiables

01 · Speed of execution — You ship fast without bugs. Ideas mean nothing until they're live.

02 · Design sense as good as a designer — With Claude Design as your co-pilot, your output should be indistinguishable from a senior product designer. You don't ship ugly.

03 · Ownership mentality — You own things end-to-end. You picked it up, you see it & iterate through until you crack the problem.

04 · Idea generation + rapid prototyping — You bring new ideas to the table and demo them before asking for buy-in. Conviction through code.

05 · Claude Code fluency — You know how to prompt intelligently. You use it to multiply your output, not as a crutch.

06 · Not a 9–5 person — You work when the problem demands it. Weekends exist. This isn't about burning out — it's about caring enough to finish what you started.

Technical Stack

iOS & PWA are central to our product — you should be comfortable shipping polished SwiftUI & on the standard browser stack. Python for ML pipelines and model training work is a genuine part of the job, not a nice-to-have.

What You'll Work On

01 · Core iOS app features across all three speech programs

02 · Acoustic model training pipelines on proprietary voice data

03 · UI/UX work that rivals what a dedicated designer would ship

04 · Rapid experiments — onboarding flows, conversion tests, assessment mechanics

05 · Web tooling, landing pages, internal dashboards

06 · Whatever breaks and whatever we need next
