With a focus on innovation and technical excellence, the team works closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to align technology strategies with business goals and client needs.
As a Fractional Chief Technology Officer, you will drive the technological vision of Dmple Studio, supporting client engagements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our technical capabilities consistently exceed expectations. You will collaborate with the executive team to integrate forward-thinking technology strategies that empower both internal teams and external clients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Client Support and Engagement:
● Collaborate with Account Directors and Project Managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating technical expertise and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
● Support the delivery of proposals and technical presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition.
Technology Leadership:
● Define and implement technology strategies that align with Dmple Studio’s vision and goals.
● Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
● Ensure the scalability, security, and sustainability of all technical solutions. Project Support:
● Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
● Provide hands-on support to internal teams, resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring smooth execution.
● Establish best practices and frameworks for technical delivery across diverse projects.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with creative, marketing, and project teams to align technical execution with strategic objectives.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to technical team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
● Cultivate a collaborative environment that prioritizes innovation and excellence. Performance Measurement:
● Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of technology strategies on project success and client satisfaction.
● Leverage analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of implemented technologies and inform future improvements.
