Role Overview

Join our team as a Telnyx KYC Text Workflow Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our KYC text workflows. Your expertise with Telnyx SMS, messaging profiles, and webhooks will be pivotal in ensuring secure and efficient message delivery and processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js or Python to manage webhook and state logic for KYC text workflows.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, focusing on indexing and encryption-at-rest to ensure data security and retention.
• Implement and maintain REST API security measures, including Telnyx signature verification.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA opt-out rules and manage consent logging requirements effectively.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Telnyx SMS, messaging profiles, and webhooks.
• Proficiency in backend development with Node.js or Python.
• Strong skills in PostgreSQL database design and management.
• Knowledge of REST API security and Telnyx signature verification.
• Understanding of TCPA opt-out rules and consent logging requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis or other caching layers.
• Competence in Docker / Linux server deployment.
• Familiarity with SMPP or large-scale SMS deliverability.
