Sr Workflow Automation/ AI Agent Developer - PT/FT - NA/ Western EU/ LATAM

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on senior engineer who can design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation systems. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and systems architecture, translating business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

This is a role for someone who thrives on complex, enterprise-scale AI projects, can execute independently, and brings a global perspective to system design.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents, automation pipelines, and intelligent workflows
• Translate PRDs and product concepts into technical solutions
• Develop prototypes and production-grade systems
• Architect end-to-end workflows that integrate multiple tools, APIs, and AI services
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists
• Evaluate and implement new frameworks, tools, and AI capabilities
• Take ownership of both execution and system-level design, ensuring workflows scale across products

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering or automation experience
• Proven experience in AI agents, workflow automation, or orchestration systems
• Strong systems thinking — can see the global picture, not just the parts
• Ability to execute hands-on development: prototypes → production
• Comfortable with multiple tools and technologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with n8n, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Microsoft / Azure ecosystem experience (critical for some clients)
• Enterprise-grade AI workflow design
• Experience integrating multiple AI services, APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with AI-first design patterns and agent-based architectures
