Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Level Backend Developer with a strong background in GO language, API development using Encore, and AWS Neptune. This role is ideal for individuals who have previously held a CTO position and are looking to leverage their expertise in backend development to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend systems using GO language to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Utilize Encore for efficient and effective API development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Leverage AWS Neptune for graph database management, optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend development with overarching business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and insights, drawing on previous CTO experience to influence strategic decisions.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in GO language with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in developing APIs using Encore.
• Experience with AWS Neptune for managing and optimizing graph databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a CTO role, providing strategic and technical leadership.
• Familiarity with modern backend development practices and emerging technologies.
