Senior Salesforce Consultant (Agentforce & Data Cloud Focus)

The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead complex implementations and drive innovation across our Salesforce ecosystem. This isn't just a "maintenance" role; you will be at the forefront of the AI transition, leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud to build autonomous workflows and unified data strategies for our clients.

You should be as comfortable whiteboarding an integration architecture as you are explaining the nuances of AI-driven customer service to a C-suite executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Core Salesforce platform.
• AI & Automation: Lead the deployment of Agentforce, building and refining autonomous agents that enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Data Strategy: Leverage Data Cloud to ingest, harmonize, and activate data, ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" for client operations.
• Integration & Security: Architect secure API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. Oversee platform security, including sharing models, Shield, and data governance.
• Client Engagement: Act as a lead consultant, translating complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations.

Technical Requirements

• Salesforce Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• The "New" Stack: Hands-on experience (or advanced functional understanding) of Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Templates) and Data Cloud.
• Core Fundamentals: Expert-level proficiency in Flow Builder, Apex, and LWC.
• Integration Specialist: Proven track record with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.), and complex data migrations.
• Security Mindset: Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, encryption, and compliance standards.
