Quick React Native Expo Code Audit, Cleanup & Walkthrough – 20 GitHub ZIPs (India Preferred)

I have around 20 downloaded GitHub ZIPs from a previous developer. The main project is a React Native / Expo mobile app written in TypeScript, and there is also Python backend code involved.I am not a developer at all, so I need one highly skilled full-stack engineer who is strong in both TypeScript and Python to help me right away.What I need you to do (quick turnaround):

1. Audit & Clean up the filesGo through all the downloaded ZIPs
   Search for any suspicious code, hardcoded keys, backdoors, weird network calls, or hidden stuff
   Clean everything into one safe, organized version (remove old .git history, unnecessary files, etc.)

2. Walk me through everything (screen share)Join video calls with me and explain simply what you are seeing (I have zero technical background)
   Show me the TypeScript parts (React Native / Expo app) and the Python backend parts
   Point out what is normal and what might be risky

3. Make sure it actually worksSet up and test the cleaned TypeScript/React Native app (Expo Router, NativeWind, paywalls, notifications, etc.)
   Test the Python backend code
   Fix any obvious issues so both frontend and backend run properly
