Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

Digacore is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python-first) with a consultant mindset to join our DevOps/Internal Products team. This role involves building automation, data pipelines, and internal applications to enhance the effectiveness of our teams and clients. As an integral part of our team, you will act as both a consultant and a builder, focusing on solving business problems through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Internal Applications & Tools: Design and develop internal applications to streamline client management, service delivery, and operational workflows. Implement robust back-end services primarily in Python and create intuitive front-end experiences. Integrate various systems, including internal tools and third-party SaaS applications.

• Data Pipelines & Reporting: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to handle data ingestion, transformation, and modeling from multiple sources. Design data models to support comprehensive reporting and analytics for leadership and finance. Collaborate with BI tools like Power BI to ensure data accuracy and usability.

• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify and automate repetitive, error-prone processes to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy. Connect APIs and data sources to streamline workflows and track the impact of automation efforts.

• Consultative Stakeholder Collaboration: Function as an internal consultant to various departments, clarifying goals and constraints. Translate business challenges into technical solutions, offering multiple options and guiding stakeholders in decision-making. Communicate progress and risks in clear, non-technical terms.

• Architecture & Technical Direction: Contribute to developing patterns, standards, and best practices for internal tools and automation. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, supporting tech stack decisions and ensuring long-term maintainability.

Required Skills

• Full-stack proficiency with strong experience in building end-to-end applications.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React/Next.js and backend development using Node.js or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficient in backend and database management, particularly with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills using Python and PowerShell.
• Strong SQL skills with a focus on data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with API architecture and integration with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and system administration.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Consultant mindset focused on achieving business outcomes and problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Previous experience in MSP, SaaS, or B2B services environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience developing admin portals, internal dashboards, or back-office systems.
