- Develop internal dashboards, client portals, and banker-facing tools for M&A operations.
- Translate AI workflows into scalable, production-ready systems accessible to non-technical users.
- Support additional entrepreneurial projects, prototyping AI-native solutions beyond Exitace.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability while working independently.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years software development experience, preferably with system architecture and fullstack development.
- Deep experience with AI-native workflows and coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, or similar).
- Proficient in Claude code, APIs, integration, and mono-repo management.
- Strong system design, architecture, and automation skills.
- Comfortable with Git/GitHub, collaborative coding, and rapid prototyping.
- Self-starter with excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-native tools in finance, M&A, or similar workflows.
- Exposure to front-end dashboards or client portal interfaces.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation in entrepreneurial settings.
