Plarform Solutions Architect - Part-Time - LATAM, NA, EU

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Platform Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design and integration strategy for the innovative Onyx Platform. The primary objective of this role is to unify identity, customer account experiences, commerce, licensing, support, and data visibility into a cohesive platform utilized by internal teams, customers, resellers, OEMs, and enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design of the Onyx Platform, ensuring seamless integration of various systems.
• Develop and implement integration strategies for systems such as Zendesk, Stripe, ecommerce, licensing, sales deal desk, identity/SSO, and analytics.
• Ensure the platform operates securely and scalably in line with Onyx’s long-term SaaS transformation goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of all users, including customers, resellers, OEMs, and enterprise partners.
• Maintain a focus on technical and systems-thinking, ensuring all components align to create a coherent and efficient platform.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in architectural design and systems integration.
• Strong technical expertise in platforms such as Zendesk, Stripe, and ecommerce solutions.
• Proven ability to develop secure and scalable integration strategies.
• Experience with identity/SSO systems and licensing platforms.
• Excellent systems-thinking skills and the ability to see the big picture.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with sales deal desk and analytics tools.
• Experience in SaaS transformation projects.
