Qa Tester - Part-time - Worldwide

About the Role

You will be joining a startup building a mobile app that is a subscription-based reader for audiobooks and ebooks. The app is launching in February. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for manually testing the mobile app (both iOS and Android) to ensure core functionality is working as expected.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly testing of the mobile app, including the web author dashboard
• Validate features like the audio player, book reading, notifications, and list creation
• Document any bugs or issues found and report them to the development team
• Maintain test cases and provide a daily report on test results

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing
• Ability to use both iOS and Android devices for testing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills to report test findings
