Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Payments Engineer with significant experience in the payments domain. The successful candidate will join our team to enhance and maintain our cross-border payments platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability. This role is crucial for onboarding new clients and integrating existing systems seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the existing payments system to accommodate growing client needs.
• Develop and implement new features and customer integrations to enhance platform functionality.
• Resolve technical queries efficiently and collaborate with clients through platforms like Slack Connect.
• Ensure the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance to support business growth.
• Contribute to the creation of well-documented code, facilitating AI-assisted onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in payments systems and integrations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the domain.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, Drizzle, and PostgreSQL to develop robust applications.
• Basic competence with AWS (CodeDeploy), GitHub, and Terraform for deployment and version control.
• Ability to onboard rapidly and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote working environment.
