• Build 0-to-1 AI products from idea to production.
• Design agentic systems (planning, tool use, memory/context, evals, guardrails).
• Ship across frontend, backend, data, and mobile.
• Partner directly with the founder on product and architecture.
• Use AI-assisted engineering workflows to increase speed and quality.

Must-Haves

• Strong full-stack execution: TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud deployment.
• Shipped production AI products (not only demos).
• Strong LLM app architecture skills: function calling, streaming, context management.
• Can independently scope, ship, debug, and iterate with high ownership.
• Clear proof of output (GitHub, shipped product links, demos, technical writeups).

Strong Plus

• React Native or native mobile (Swift/Kotlin).
• MCP/tool integrations, multi-agent orchestration.
• RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, hybrid search).
• Startup/founding engineer background.
• OpenClaw familiarity (or ability to quickly extend OpenClaw-style architectures).
