What we do
AI Product Accelerator helps mid career professionals build and launch real AI products. Most clients are sharp and ambitious, but not hardcore software engineers. They need real coaching, emotional support, technical clarity, and accountability so they ship.
The role
We’re hiring an AI Product Coach who runs fully 1:1 coaching with clients. You’ll do ~80 calls/month (20/week) and you’re responsible for moving clients through product development milestones and into launch completion.
This is a delivery role. Clients should feel heard, supported, and pushed to finish.
Core responsibilities
- Run 20 one-on-one coaching calls per week (video calls)
- Help clients choose the simplest viable build path per idea (Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, no-code, no-UI agents, etc.)
- Unblock technical issues fast (setup, auth, APIs, prompts, deployments, tool wiring)
- Create Loom tutorials and walkthroughs for clients and our internal library
- Drive weekly milestones with definitions of done, checklists, and follow-ups
- Keep clients motivated and accountable, especially when they stall, overthink, or tool-hop
- Document client progress and next steps clearly after calls
What “great” looks like
- Clients consistently ship MVPs and complete launches
- Calls end with clear next steps and deadlines
- Clients don’t spiral, drift, or spend weeks stuck on setup
- Looms reduce repeated confusion and speed up the whole program
Requirements
- Strong 1:1 coaching presence (warm, direct, high-trust)
- Can simplify technical work for non-engineers without talking down to them
- Comfortable with modern AI tooling and lightweight build workflows
- Reliable follow-through. You run a cadence and clients feel it.
- You can hold standards and still be supportive
Nice to have
- Coaching / teaching experience (founders, students, teams)
- Built AI products yourself
- Familiar with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, basic RAG/agents, automation tools
Time commitment
- You must be able to handle 20 calls/week (typically Mon–Fri, US time zones preferred)
- Fast response on async questions between calls is a plus
How to apply (required)
Submit:
- Two Loom videos
Teaching something practical (8–15 min)
Reviewing a project and giving feedback (5–10 min)
- A short plan:
“How would you take a non-technical founder from idea → working MVP → launch in 4 weeks?”
- Availability + time zone + desired comp in USD
Comp
Open based on fit. We prefer compensation tied to client completion and launch outcomes.
