First version of SmarpShare was all Node.JS + MongoDB, until I made a critical decision to move to Go + PostgreSQL.

The more I was into NoSQL, the more I appreciate SQL. Now that PostgreSQL offers all the benefits of NoSQL: schema-less, (master-master async) replica set, and that VoltDB is in spotlight, it is about time to master SQL

I started AngularJS when building SmarpShare from scratch in 2013 all by myself. 4 months later, a junior developer joined. Since then, I have been training 3 dev's  and delegating tasks to them.

As a tech lead and full stack developer, I translated photoshop mockup into clean and scalable HTML/CSS

I have hard time explaining to fresh graduates/interns the difference between jQuery and pure Javascript. Anyway, jQuery is to swimming and AngularJS is to building a boat; it depends whether you want to go across the pond, or the Atlantic.

One of the most horrible fact about software development courses in University is that they forget to teach revision control system. Fortunately, I found out that during my junior years while doing a school project. Nowadays, it is always the first thing (together with SSH key) I train fresh graduates.

Have been helping folks all around since junior years, I was (luckily) never involved with Java in my daytime job.
