Summary

As CTO I've setup tech and product teams from the ground up. With about 20 people working in autonomous teams we've created an in-house built platform that services 100k subscribers, optimizes our supply chain, and facilitated more than 1 million bouquet deliveries in less than 3 years. We received funding of about 25m EUR and expanded to 6 countries. I embrace TDD and follow a hands on approach where I code myself and frequently give code reviews to developers. I'm most passionate about React.js, Serverless (AWS Lambda), and Node.js.
