During daily work I am very focused in meeting customer requirements and fulfilling project specifications and getting the job done never compromising the quality aspects.

Also I have acted as project-manager, teamleader and scrum master. According to this I have interests in optimising software development process leaving space for creativity for the team and the team members. For me the development process is a tool, not the goal.
