Building the future of social shopping @ Wooplr. As the lead web engineer on the team I am responsible for the consumer facing eCommerce portal for the web and mobile. Previously we have ported the web-experience from a social sharing website to a curated eCommerce platform. Apart from the consumer facing web, my team ensures timely development and deliveries of internal dashboards for various in-house activities. Sr. Software Developer - Full Stack / Product

This was my first professional job and all hires were made to undergo a rigorous 3-month training program in algorithms and programming in general. At the end of the training, I was the top performer in terms of total points accumulated solving weekly challenges (Code Jam Sessions). Post this, I was deputed into the R&D team. We were tasked with rewriting the travel booking platform from scratch. We implemented the entire TravelNxt platform as a rewrite of existing interfaces using ASP.NET MVC for APIs and Ember.JS on the front-end. Eventually, it had a direct impact on client conversions because of performed faster and scalability. This meant increased revenues for the company.
