Developed and designed high traffic online job boards used for recruitment across Europe, Africa and Americas. Acted as Program Manager for technical projects. Used GoCD and Rancher. • Planned and oversaw the adoption of test automation. Delivered automated test suites for 6 sites on time, reducing QA time required for releases and increasing releases/month. • Acted as hiring manager for technical roles. Responsible for over 30 new hires.

Used ASP.NET MVC and C#. • Led and co-developed the migration of various complex legacy web applications successfully to the .NET platform. Technical debt, and maintenance costs reduced significantly after migrations. All delivered on time. • Designed a common technology platform for all web applications of the company, reducing the time to implement new features across company products. • Introduced continuous integration: Migrated from TFS to Git. Setup pipelines in Bamboo, and configured automated deployments to production.
