I have been a mentor for over 2 years now in RebootKamp which is an affiliate of Hack Reactor. I feel I have the ability to explain the complexity of programming as people find it in the beginning.
I feel I have an impact on people whenever I am teaching them programming. Throughout my 2 years I have taught over 100 student, and I have changed a lot of lives. Getting people from unemployment to highly paid jobs is one of the most satisfying things in the whole world.
