I led the building of technology solutions for making it manageable to handle communication and payments of over 20 000 finnish high-school students traveling abroad for 3 years. All this was successfully done with the limited resources of a small core team and a bunch of volunteers.

I worked as a full-stack developer, leading the development of a platform for selling cryptocurrency in Finland.

I was selected to take part in Vaisala's Giant Leap summer trainee program. My task was to help the software testing department to be more capable in running software tests using mobile platforms (both manual and automated).

I worked as a web developer for the popular online sports team management service. During my time at the company, I managed to get a much better idea of how to run a service for hundreds of thousands of users.

Web Developer

I worked as a programmer and IT-support person. My tasks were mostly related to the design and development of an internal software used help the company employees to do their daily work more efficiently.

Software Programmer

I helped in the development of an online software related to customer feedback collection. The software was build using Ruby On Rails. Most of my tasks were related to designing the user interface.

Internship in the spring of 2009, after which I worked as a full time employee for half a year before my military service, and half a year after it. After I started school, I continued working as a part-time project worker. I worked as an IT-support person, and a web developer, doing a lot of website design and coding.

I've worked with JavaScript for years, so getting aboard the Typescript "hype" was a bit tough initially. Once onboard, it's really hard to ignore the benefits of well written typed code over dynamically typed JavaScript. Not for everything of course, but comes with great maintenance related benefits for larger projects

I've been riding the Vue train from pretty much the beginning of it. Really loving the simple plug-and-play approach and generally more developer & designer friendly touch Vue brings to the modern JavaScript framework scene.

React is great and powerful framework when used correctly. I've gotten way better at architecting software in a more functional way and using components through the use of React.

I've been bulding relational databases for as long as I can remember. These days I generally go with Postgresql when I have a choice, but can easily navigate in the worlds of MySQL and SQLite as well.

Foundational technology for the web that I consider myself an expert in and actively keep up with development of.

I've used Node.js and the vast ecosystem around it for a lot of different projects. These days I tend to avoid it in new projects when possible, since there's often a better alternative around.

I've worked with multiple companies running Ruby on Rails based solutions, so I've gotten quite decent with handling them. Great framework for its simplicity and for being opinionated so you don't have to.

I've used this for several software testing and data-analytics related projects.

I've been doing a lot of stuff with both Nuxt.js (Vue based) and Next.js (React based) lately when optimising the user experience of services previously build as pure SPA-applications.

You can definitely trust AWS for being a good solution for all sorts of different web related technologies. I've become quite familiar with specifically S3, RDS, Lambda (and API Gateway with it) and EC2 over the years.

Great and simple No-SQL database I've used in a couple of projects.

AngularJS was the first larger JavaScript framework I got proficient with at around 2013-2014 initially, and it has been part of my toolkit ever since.

My go-to choice as a web application framework for Node.js.

Mostly used during my University years and as a teaching language.

I've built several web applications using Next.js as the base. Extremely pleasant framework to work with, and an awesome timesaver for many projects when used in combination with the Vercel platform.

Great up and coming database technology, mixing features from the relational and non-relation storage technologies with a powerful functional language at the core of it all.

I use Linux based systems pretty much daily. Mostly Ubuntu or Debian.

I am at home in the Shell, and I often find efficient ways to for example manage a large sets of files or do different kinds of format conversions fast and easily.
